I meant the weather. But yes, Vermont is an odd place what with their
militia folk running around with gun belts slung crossing the chest.
But you can buy pretty much any weapon here too from the right people.
The border is a paper border only. Sure there are customs points at
the main highways but the rest of the line is really just air...
There are even small villages that straddle the border.
