The ahrd part was getting them down into the keel space. Not denying it takes a "Special Man". They weigh about 160 Pounds so a fair weightlifter could do it. A year or so ago I "Hepled" moving an 8D arround for a Mobile Crane at the San Diego Railroad Museum.
