Hello to all.

Speaking (see Tech) of rebuilding battery packs - - anyone here ever
rebuilt battery pack in one of the Black & Decker Dustbuster things?

Seems like the ones here work maybe 5 mins per month, and just hang
in between on the charger thing, 24/7.  Next thing I know, the pooch
will spin up for a few seconds, then gradually wind down, and be
virtually dead within about 30 seconds after I pull the trigger.
I have a couple of 'dead' ones out in my garage already, and could
add at least one per month from 'garage sales'.  All dead.

No need to tell me what a new battery pack from B&D or Radio Shack
would cost - - In that price range, I could just go get yet another
whole new one, on sale, and have a warranty (such as it is).
