ECHO_ADS is not getting the use I thought it would.   Only about 3 or four 
different echos are advertised there (ad infinitum).   I discovered TECH_CHAT 
when I was browsing the BACKBONE.NA for "tech" and looking for something else 
about 2 weeks ago.  But 3 years is a long time to go unnoticed, eh?  ;)
