I started this one about three years ago hoping to 'siphon off' some of the 
non-tech chatter that always seems to fall into TECH.  

My ambition was to have TECH remain as a 'pure TECH' place to ask questions and 
get answers without having to search through lots of 'tales', but, alas, ...
