There has been a new release of Web/2 (now at v1.3x beta 5).  Web/2 is an
incredibly fast, small and OS/2-native webserver written in Virtual Pascal
with many nice features, including some unique SSI tags.  Web/2 can handle
PHP, perl, etc.  Web/2 is freeware and has excellent author support via
the online messageboard.
