     And it is very much appreciated!  I have made a mental note that the
ZMODEM upload protocol clashes with Telnet unless "lazy timeouts" are used,
and
I have reverted to XMODEM-1K batch and YMODEM-G (where available).  I wish to
thank you and everybody else for all their help!  Thank you!
