 No, I was referring to this:

 It seems to be a restricted Unix shell kind of thing, a bit like
 FreePort on my local FreeNet (telnet is limited to port 23 and ftp
 is not allowed.) If that is the case, then we aren't dealing with
 PC-based tcp/ip apps at all.
