     I have no idea.  This is my first attempt at trying to use a DOS
FTP client/server.  All of my FTP experience has been on Vaxen and
IBM 360/370/380/390's mainframes, CMS, TSO, and others.  FNOS is my
first attempt at trying an FTP client.  When I saw TIP and the TIP
scripts, I said, "Hey!  I'm familiar with TIP, CU, and ECU.  I think
I'll give this package a try...."  I haven't even gotten a response from
my loopback localhost commands (i.e. an FTP "who am I and what is my IP
command").
