Do you mean that the Warp 4 TCP/IP stack has bugs which may cause this 
behaviour?

Would you please explain more clearly what sort of bugs you mean?

I'm not experiencing similar problems with BinkP, ifcico, ftp or other telnet 
programmes than T-Mail. I thought that the TCP/IP stack would treat TCP/IP 
packets equally. Regardless of TCP/IP protocol used. If there are problems 
within the TCP/IP stack with one protocol I thought there would be similar 
problems with all other protocols.
