Subj : T-Mail 2607 TCP/IP CPU consumption

It seems that T-Mail 2607 TCP/IP for OS/2 may hog the whole CPU during session 
handshaking on outgoing telnet sessions. Other processes come almost to 
complete standstill for 10-20 seconds.

I haven't noticed similar behaviour on incoming sessions. Nor on outgoing 
ifcico sessions.

1. Have you observed similar behaviour?

2. Do you have any suggestions how this can be avoided?


I'm using Warp 4 with fixpak 13.
