Scott he was talking about FLAME if I'm not mistaken.  What happened was a few
posts from folks in other countries who actually were making fun of the
terrorists attacks on New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.  But the
moderator of FLAME stopped that by cutting access to anyone in zone 2.
