I Wouldn't do it to any echo.... I've got other reasons for removing this echo 
anyway... None of the other systems in my region were connected to it anyway. 
If they want it back for some reason, I'll considder taking it back. My region 
does not take ALL availlable echoes anyway, I connect the ones I want, AND 
echoes there are demands for from other systems.

As for this perticular echo, there were so many messages that were just waste 
of bandwith anyway; cyrillic, used by most russians there cannot be read and 
understod here.. and to be honest; the childish behaviour of both Russians and 
Americans there, made me sick anyway.
