Subj : Squish Routing To : Michael Grant From : James A Hall Date : Sat Feb 24 2001 05:56 pm MG> The best way to do it is Use the Route keyword in Squish, and using MG> that, flavor it as HOLD, and set Irex to "Send mail on Hold". That is the way I do it. All outbound mail on my system is set to HOLD. For obvious reasons. My uplink here in Winnipeg is a Telnet only system, with an *unpublished* number. Another feed from our friend in Georgia would get a bit expensive if I called him a few times a day. Irex takes care of it all, because I send mail on Hold. Bink can always change the flavour of the mail packet if so desired. Or re-address for that matter. I believe I've sent you Crash Netmail, but I did that manualy. Curiously, if I sent you Netmail today, routed through Georgia, you'd still get it quicker than when I used to route it localy. Irex has made everything quicker. Using 2.27 yet? Its FTP speed is blinding. .... Real SysOps DON'T think they are God and are better than everyone else. --- timEd 1.10.y2k+ * Origin: *Echo Beach BBS* (204) 586-1328 Winnipeg, CANADA (1:348/815) .
