I found one feature I liked in my old worldgroup 3.2 was, if a server was
running but set to not allow users or services to use it, it would give a
message like, I am sorry, TSGC is down or offline for maint. or something.
please try back at a later time. if I knew C better I would try it on my
own, but my C is very basic, like wwiv 4.24 mod C level.
