Just a note for sbbscon.txt... been building on Ubuntu (Debian-based), and it
requires the termcap-compat package to be installed in order to support the
termcap/terminfo procedures described in the doc, i.e. termcap support isn't
native in Debian any longer.  Once the termcap-compat package is installed, it
works without issue.
