Actually I think it could be as simple as a message from VERT to all SBBS with
the file name and link. And the sysop can get it or not.

I think we have a sub that postes alot of automatic  messages. Synchronet Data,
couldn't it handle file transfers?  A .ZIP file with the paths included.  I
think it could be down alot of different ways.
