Subj : Uncertain errors To : All From : Smartyhall Date : Sat Jul 30 2005 02:23 pm Finally, most everthing seems to be working with Ubuntu, but I cannot retrieve Dove-Net message. (If I could, I would most likely be asking this question in the SysOps only conference. :-) ) Anyway... I'm unsure as to wheather this is an issue related to my build of Sync or a simple configuration error. I have altered the default configuration as specified for Un*x -- will check again shortlly, and I varified the exxistance of a functional "unzip" on my box; however, I still get the errors listed below: Sat Jul 30 2005 09:04:54 Node 1: #0 source: un_qwk.cpp line: 76 action: executing object: unzip -ojC /sbbs/data/VERT.qwk 30000 -d /sbbs/temp/event/ access: 11 (0xB) errno: 2 (No such file or directory) Any and all help appreciated. P.S. Disregard my difficulty in changing my QWK ID as mentioned in my preveous post; I kept pouring over the online documentation, and I finally found my solution. Just wondering... Would it be possible to have the BBS prompt a new SysOp for the two basic config changes -- MBBS QWK ID and "My BBS" tagline -- upon first SysOp log-in as it now prompts for creation of a "Guest" account? -- Linux is coming...
