Sorry, really should revisit it at some point... just a bit of advice, instead 
of making changes inside the inc_menu.js or s3.js,  inside of s3.js after the 
include likes, include your own file, from there, you can override any 
functions you want to change in your own include file without changing the 
original .. :)

I'm basically running a modified version of s3 here...
