  I have noticed this same problem. I use a win32 telnet client and it
displays ANSI colors properly but the default XP client does not. May I have
the filename of the .reg file you mentioned. I would like to work on this
problem. It's pretty serious. A lot of my ansi's look like crap under
windows.
