Most of the tiger changes were under the hood.  Spotlight is really pretty
awesome for searching.  The widgets are kinda cool too.  Just realize that
the next OS isn't for another 2 years yet, so Tiger is still a litle baby. 
Don't forget, it's not time size of the kernel that matters, it's how you use
it.
