I don't know why I've never suggested this before because I often wish for 
it, but anyway:

I'd like to suggest a new option on the "Sub-board Operator Menu".  This 
option would allow the opertator to edit/alter/change the Subject of the 
message.  At present you can alter the text of the message as necessary by 
running the [E] Edit Message Text option, but there is no way (that I am 
aware of) to alter the Sugject.
