since running from the cvs version (3.12b) in windows, it crashed once the 
second day, but hasn't since, which is a much better record than from 
before... the ircd apparently had some issues in the 3.12a version, and there 
were some smtp service issues before that.. still very stable...

if you're really concerned, can run the console version in a looped batch, 
with a sleep.exe in between to sleep a few seconds, if you need to close the 
window(console).
