Yes it *should* (it will automatically convert the .dsw and .dsp files to the
newer format workspace/project files), but if you're not an experienced
programmer, you may have trouble or questions I can't answer.

You don't have to worry about the 50 open file limit unless you actually start
getting errors opening files.
