I just did a sbbs 3.12a install - full (no big deal) I notice some
things could be fixed :

1) scfg-exteral program-timed event, you might want to added the dyndns info in
(like you did in the scfg-networks-qwk packet networks-network hubs-vert) and
make sure that it not enable

2) in the timed events, make sure the fidoin & fidoout & newslink are not
enable

3) in the timed events, in the getimlst, you could set it so it runs around
1 am pacific time

4) in the scfg-file option area, from the viewable files down, you could add
the rar info in and put the rar.exe in the \sbbs\exec dir. being some files
are in it?
