Define template.additional_services for a list of links to additional services
(e.g. telnet, rlogin, ftp, etc.) on the main page.
Note: I personally think it's clumsy that this is defined here so that it can
be included in main.inc later and avoid use of @@JS:@@. There's probably
a better way to do this.
