Hrm?  a public apology for what?  I'm just saying that sharing data files
between a BE system and a LE system would be a bad idea unless it was based on
my set of patches (which hopefully do all the byte-swapping necessary) there's
quite a few binary data files laying around that would be hopelessly hosed if a
BE and LE system shared them without one of the systems doing byte-swapping as
required.

Was just a warning that you'd probobly end up loosing your data otherwise.
