That's correct. If the FTP url doesn't include your username and password, then
you're not "logged in" to the web server. You can tell if you're logged into
the web server cause it'll say "Welcome <your name>". If you're logged in, then
the FTP URL is ftp://<your name>:<your pass>@<your host>/00index.html.
Otherwise, it's ftp://<your host>/00index.html.

Another clue you're not logged in would be if the "User Listing", "Information
Menu", "Change Your HTML Theme" and "E-mail" menu options aren't displayed.
