When i am NOT logged in, it says ftp://00index.html
when i AM logged in it says ftp://eastside:"pass"/00index.html

I have noticed a new cvs for the index.ssjs that went up about 3 mintues ago,
when i used it, the file libraries do not even show up on the page, wither does
the footer information
