Subj : File Area FTP webside err

I downloaded the latest tarball (well latest on the 16th) for the /web. I am
noticing that when i attmpt to access the file areas i get an alert telling me
that 00index.html cannot be found. It does this whether or not i am logged in
through thte web server. There are no enties in te webserver or ftp log even
making the request for the page. If i attempt to ftp directly to my bbs, then i
get the 00index.html page. any ideas?
