See http://synchro.net/source.html for details. If you mean the "Borland C+ command-line compiler", you can build the DLLs and the console mode executable (sbbs.exe), that's about it. The websrvr.dll is the file that was modified for this change, but you can't use a Borland-build websrvr.dll with the sbbsctrl.exe released in v3.12a.
