I went to the dir as u mentioned and CVS is a directory and there doesnt seem to be any execs in it or in its children dirs. I am starting to think that I missed something in the docs but the ones that I read are so vauge I have read them 100 times in 10 mins on setting up VS.net and they mentioned nothing about cvs... Hrrm.. I will check out OPEN cvs tonight but the last time I checked they didn't have anything that ran under windows and no plans for it.
