  I tried that as you stated, the first problem I ran into was that
msdev98.exe isn't relevent in VS .NET and even when I locate the one is
should be (I think) it still doesn't work at all.  I am sure that I am still
doing something wrong, probably using the wrong program to build from comand
prompt.
devenv.com I beleive is what it is.. Any more advice would be appreciated..
