There is no "always right" answer to the question. If the change was from a
previously unused text line (perhaps with "<UNUSEDxxx>" as the value) to a now
in-use line, then the "right" answer would be to use the new stock text.dat
value. IF the change was simply a matter of color/attribute change, then the
"right" answer would be to use the sysop's custom text.dat value.
