For SyncTERM?  You need the following:
src/conio
src/uifc
src/xpdev
src/syncterm
And (currently)
src/sbbs3/telnet.c

That last may or may not need more bits out of the sbbs3 dir...
I do try to keep the binaries on http://syncterm.bbsdev.net/ up-to date... the
*nix ones (Except for Solaris) are re-compiled nightly and I try to rebuild the
Win32 one after any changes.
