Well, actually it was fast becoming an obsession... I was perilously close to
writing a synthesiser thing.  But, there's two reasons I'm doing it:
1) SyncTERM now supports ANSI music and it should sound spiffy.
2) Win9x previously was only capable of the default "bing" sound... making it
actually do the chosen noise is much better.
