I'm running Fedora Core 3...

would like a shell script that I can run as my sbbs user, that will
copy/archive
    /sbbs/ctrl to /sbbs/ctrl.bak
    /sbbs/data to /sbbs/data.bak,
    /sbbs/exec to /sbbs/exec.bak,
then do an update of sync from cvs, then rebuild...

and another script to restore the backed up files (if needed)...
