This created a problem with js_msgbase.c:

js_msgbase.c: In function `js_msgbase_constructor':
js_msgbase.c:1794: error: too many arguments to function `js_CreateMsgAreaProperties'
make: *** [gcc.linux.obj.debug-mt/js_msgbase.o] Error 1

I reverted to the old js_CreateMsgAreaProperties and it compiled.  Let's see if I broke anything trying this :)
