well, I fixed my system for now, still don't know what that groups off by one
error was thou. I just exported all the base config, and don't delete the data,
then reimported them one by one and checked for the error, don't get the errors
now, also the message not here errors are gone too. maybe I just had a
corrupted message base config somewhere. wierd. I thought it might just be my
system because no one else was complaining about these errors. now, does anyone
get a wierd 1 in blank databases? if a group has no messages, I still see a 1
in near it.
