In ctrl/sbbs.ini, look for the [Mail] section of the configuration and enter the information for your ISP SMTP server in the "RelayServer" line. This is the server they provided for your normal email as configured in Outlook Express or whatever you use. If you have to authenticate to send mail to the ISP (not typical), then you can also add information to the RelayUsername and RelayPassword parameters. If you do, you'll probably need to add one of the RELAY_* options to the Options line, too.
