Looks like or the server are having FTP problems. Have tried connecting with an
FTP client (e.g. typing "ftp starfrontiers.dyndns.org" from a command-line) and
seeing if you can transfer files? See http://synchro.net/docs/tcpip_faq.html
for common problems with FTP over firewalls/NATs.
