I know this is on the Sysops end.. But he asked me about it..
One of the boards that connects to me for StarNet is getting an error when 
executing qnet-ftp.. Unfortunaly I dont remember the whole error message but 
something in line 600 and something Winerror 2 access=0
The error sounded familar (could have had the same problem at one time or 
another myself) but I dont have any idea..
