I always found it good to leave the harddisks on.. especially if you do more
than just telnet.. Like have your webserver running etc... I might be wrong but
as much as my HD is accesed my my BBS I would burn it up by having it turn on
and off like that.. well.. my computer is never idle for an hour so I guess the
HD would never turnn of in the first place.. I don't believe the hibernate
feature would be a great idea though.
