I (and alot of other people) who still don't know much about Linux would like 
to be able to learn it without still needing a winblowz machine to run 
Synchronet. For people not flient in linux, trying to use synchronet linux 
while still learning linux itself will be tougher on us than "trying to run a 
kludged BBS".

I respect your input and superior knowledge and skills but please, people 
need to learn how they need to learn, not everyone learns the same way (i 
went on a rant about this the other day). Please just agree to disagree.

If i'm in for a rough ride, then it's my rough ride to be in for, and i'll 
learn alot from the journey.
