I don't know of Win XP supports this stock or not, but I've seen folks enable Telnet servers on Win XP allowing remote access through command line. The CLI on Win XP blows though, so unless Sync has some nice command line tools or you add some Unix-style apps to give more features, I don't know of Win XP's CLI is much useful.
