Hi Sam,

Personally, I wouldn't do it. The chat clients if you give access to them can
allow access to your command line.

For example< a few years back I use to allow shell access to my system.
The system was set up so a perl script, would keep them off the command line.
Grant access to users to both BitchX and Epic chat clients.

I knew well the features of both clients, and to try to disable the /exec
command. Still users were able to access the command line through them.
