Yes, but you have first have build the list and add new name to as they try
different names. Once you have the email address in the list and when someone
tries to send that user a spam email it will now flag that IP address and add
it the spamblock list.

When I receive spam email I use the the "h" command to read the header and find
the IP address of the sender and than I add it the spamblock list which also
has reduced the amount of spam that I receive.
