The SPAM block list is a list IP addresses that will be refused mail sessions
with your mail server. This list is automatically updated whenever your mail
server receives mail *for* any address in your SPAM bait list.

The SPAM bait list contains e-mail addresses that you know only spammers would
send to (e.g. webmaster@yourdomain.com). Or often, these addresses are posted
as "bait" in newsgroups or embedded in web-sites where spammers will find them
when they mine for addresses.

This is one of the popular methods for detecting spammers and SPAM message
content.
