I was refering to file queueing, similar to a batch queue as opposed to 50 simultaneous downloads to kill your bandwidth. lol ... I don't even think IE does that but nowadays maybe it does. I try to avoid IE :-) > Any major browser also allows spyware > to come thru. Not true. Netscape and Firefox block THE MAJORITY of it. Of course no web browser can be 100% effective with this, however i've noticed that Firefox and NS *refuse* let alot of the spyware cookies run and refuses to allow spyware plugins to auto-install. I've gone to sites that are loaded with all this garbage and ever since I switched to non-M$ browser, not ONCE has my browser: - Been Hijacked (homepage) - Added toolbars without my permission to - Popped up massive popup ads - etc.. Plus my anti-spyware programs find little to no spyware infections on my systems anymore since i've switched. Before it was like 100+ PER DAY when I used IE. -- .---------------------------------------------------------------. | [TiME WaRRiOR] aka [Dave Kelso] AIM: Twar782 | +o Malkavia BBS | | www : synchsupport.net - malkaviabbs.com - xpresit.net | | www$: josephsjewelersonline.com - preferedinsurance.com | | @: time.warrior@malkaviabbs. com | \______________________________________________________________/ --- Synchronet 3.12a-Win32 NewsLink 1.76 * Malkavia - Chicago, IL - telnet://malkaviabbs.com --- Synchronet 3.13a-Win32 NewsLink 1.83 .
