This file is automatically updated anytime I receive an e-mail for one of the addresses in my spambait.cfg file (which happens frequently). I also use POPfile (http://popfile.sourceforge.net/), which uses bayesian filters (similar to SpamAssasin) and public DNS blacklist servers.
